Responsibilities

Your day-to-day activities may include:

Production

  • Preparing files for 3D printing

  • Slicing and print preparation

  • Loading materials into printers

  • Operating FDM and SLA machines

  • Monitoring production jobs

  • Basic machine maintenance

Design

  • Modifying existing CAD files

  • Preparing customer files for manufacturing

  • Creating simple designs

  • Reverse engineering components

​

Post Processing

  • Support removal

  • Cleaning printed parts

  • Quality inspection

  • Basic finishing tasks

​

Customer & Supplier Communication

  • Contacting suppliers

  • Researching new materials

  • Obtaining quotations

  • Assisting with customer quotations

  • Learning cost calculations

​

Research & Development

  • Testing new materials

  • Evaluating new technologies

  • Exploring AI-assisted manufacturing

  • Supporting internal innovation projects
